Our sweeper is a device designed to remove food trapped between a fixed orthodontic appliance such as palatal expanders, MARA, Herbst appliance and gums, palate & teeth. L'il Palates® sweepers keep growing palates healthy. It is an easy to use device to clean between a palatal expander and the palate. This plastic sweeper is extremely thin and flexible, allowing it to shape itself to the curvature of the palate. Its flexibility makes it gentle on the palate and enhances its agility to reach areas where food becomes trapped. Our Firefly is a newly designed key which is a unidirectional, ratchet style key, a light and a charm in one cute package. The light is activated when the firefly's belly is squeezed. The tail lights up to view the inside of the mouth, easing the insertion of the key into the screw.
