Profile: Ceramed GmbH deals with crucibles and molds for dental laboratories. We stock crucibles and molds in ceramics and graphite for almost all known casting machines. Excellent temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and high thermal shock resistance characterize the material developed by us. Our crucibles have a unique soft coating that offers better wall protection, lower wetting by metal and slag, less residual slag, lower wear, and higher number of casts per crucible. We have redesigned the crucible for better flow. Thus the mold is filled faster, the metal is fine-grained and free of blowholes. Faster flow will minimize the wear, and so substantially contribute to the increase of economy.
