Profile: Clan Dental Products develops border-lock® impression trays. Special horizontal slits along the border of the tray provide a good locking mechanism for the impression material. The rigidity of the border-lock® tray has been scientifically tested & proven suitable for making precision impressions. It is the first impression tray with a semi custom fit that offers the dentist an alternative for the conventional rim-lock tray. The autoclavable border-lock® trays are made of a strong acrylic with a unique metal sound that easily withstands temperatures up to 200°C and can be reused.
