Profile: Concept Laser GmbH manufactures industrial laser machines for dental prosthesis from metal powder. LaserCUSING® is our trademark. All our laser powder materials are 100% compatible for re-use in subsequent construction processes. No fresh material has to be added. Typical layer thickness for all materials is 20-50µm. Some of our unique laser processing systems are M1 cusing, M2 cusing, and M3 linear. Our M1 cusing laser system is ideal for the production of small- to medium-sized tool inserts and functional components. It has a laser station where LaserCUSING® takes place and a handling station for pre- and post-processing. Some of its advantages are 200W fibre laser, automatic powder exchange, and larger build envelope. Our M3 linear is the largest laser machine for processing metal powders. It is supplied as a modular concept with a choice of 2 insert modules. One machine realizes three laser technologies such as LaserCUSING®, 3D laser material erosion and laser marking.
