It is basically made up of two separate devices but integrated into a single compact unit. The first one is electromechanical and allows acquiring the 3-D shape of the model to replicate by means of a feeler-pin. All the model data sensed and recorded are then processed by the dedicated firmware and then virtual image for better adaptation to actual needs. Our TiKROM is a new-generation oven for firing dental ceramics. Its programming parameters as well as the status of each phase during the whole firing process are managed by means of advanced micro-processing technology which assures best performance and reliability. The vertically located muffle is made out of long-lasting and high-quality ceramic fibers, coated by a quartz tube to easily assure the most homogeneous & uniform heating or cooling inside the firing chamber, the basic protection of the latter from contaminating oxides and to get highest esthetic quality of any titanium-prosthesis constantly.
