The closed filter container is mounted on the clinics suction system and collects the amalgam waste. When the container is full, it is delivered back to who can ensure that the amalgam is recycled. This can after recycling be reused in new tooth fillings. The BDT plaster separator consists of a transparent container with foil inlay and snap-shut closing system. The transparency of the plaster separator enables visual monitoring of sludge. The foil inlay ensures easy and rapid cleaning. The separator is divided in 4 chambers. The water is lead through each chamber, where the waste gets settled.
